GRAHAM VAN DER LEEUW
Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel
In addition to his legal and compliance roles, Graham provides firm-wide executive leadership in support of Dan Westin, Chief Executive Officer, and is a partner in the firm. He also serves on QA’s Investment Committee and Board of Governors.
Graham joined QA in 2009, having previously served as the firm’s outside legal counsel while a partner in Faegre & Benson’s Investment Management Practice. He has business and law degrees from various countries, including the University of Natal, South Africa, William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul and the University of Oxford, England, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
A tennis player during the summer months, Graham enjoys running and walking along the Mississippi River near his home in St. Paul, and spending time with his adult daughters. He is also an active member of his parish.
